Hello all,
I have messed around for the past 8days and lost 4lbs without really trying which Heather (cdc) could tell and whipped me with her tape measure. So that was sunday, I guess 4lbs is better than none but I had been cheating all week after getting a promotion at work I felt like celebrating and I was a pig with my food!
I am back on track now since the weigh in and to encourage me even more I have ordered a dress a size too small for my uncles wedding in 3 weeks time so its either that or I go in an old tatty outfit because ive got nowt else!! Ive put a pic of the dress below. I met a fab girl Stacey from minimins and we are going to go to our CDC together, shes a really sweet girl and we hope to encourage each other and motivate each other! Speak tomorrow all!!
